How long does it take to receive my plans?
Your first plans will be available within 2 business days of signing up and filling out the initial questionnaire .
Can I try your coaching out for free?
We offer a 7 Days Instant Access - FREE Trial for Nerva Plus Community and Education portal to get you started. In saying this as your coach, I recommend committing to a 3–6 month package to allow adequate time for meaningful results.
Can I easily follow both your training and nutrition plans with my partner?
Absolutely! You can follow your plan with a partner or friend. Once you sign up, let me know who you’ve joined with, and we’ll shape your plans to be similar yet personalised. Please note that while we aim to align your plans, no two humans are the same, so there will be differences tailored to individual needs.
Can I sign up for just nutrition or training?
Yes we do! However as your coach, I recommend starting with a comprehensive package to ensure we manage both your expenditure and intake effectively. Whether you’re training from home, running, or hitting the gym, our service covers your health from a holistic perspective to set you up for success.
What’s the minimum commitment?
The minimum commitment is 8 weeks, depending on the package you choose. Once the initial term is completed, we’ll discuss your next payment and package options. If you’re interested in continuing for 12 months or longer, we can explore that as well.
Can I pause or hold my membership?
Yes, you can pause your membership at any time. Please note that the minimum hold duration is 4 weeks to avoid significant regression in results.
What are my payment options?
We only take card payments that come out weekly, however, if you would like to pay fortnightly or monthly we can organise this, For 6-Months Package we offer "Pay in 2X Instalment Option" for serious clients ONLY, please contact us and we can assist with this.
